Programmatic Regulations Guidance Memoranda and Pre-CERP Baseline Draft Documents
Available
As part of the consultation process required by the programmatic regulations,
these draft documents containing the six
guidance memoranda and the pre-CERP
baseline have been made available for review by agencies and the public.

Final Draft MISP Available for Download (Updated)
The CERP Programmatic Regulations call for the development of a Master Implementation
Sequencing Plan (MISP) that "includes the sequencing and scheduling for
implementation of all of the projects of the Plan, including pilot projects and
operational elements, based on the best scientific, technical, funding, contracting,
and other information available."

Picayune Strand Restoration Project (Southern Golden Gate Estates) Division Engineer's
Letter Available for Download
The purpose of this project is to restore and enhance the wetlands in southern
Golden Gate Estates and in adjacent public lands by reducing over-drainage. Implementation
of the restoration plan would also improve the water quality of coastal estuaries
by moderating the large salinity fluctuations caused by freshwater point discharge
of the Faka Union Canal.

Draft MISP Available for Download (Updated)
The CERP Programmatic Regulations call for the development of a Master Implementation
Sequencing Plan (MISP) that “includes the sequencing and scheduling for

and other information available.” As discussed at the October Working Group
meeting the DRAFT MISP is now available.

State Announces Plan to Accelerate Everglades Projects
Accelerating Everglades restoration has remained a major priority for the implementing
agencies since the restoration plan was approved by Congress. Streamlining processes
and consolidating staff efforts into Regional Project Delivery Teams have produced

National Academy of Sciences Posts Provisional Membership of Independent Scientific
Review Panel
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District, has entered into a cooperative
agreement with the National Academy of Sciences (NAS). NAS has posted a provisional
